G.L.A.D. — Greeks Lending A Difference — is Kappa Alpha Psi's community service initiative designed to mobilize brothers for impactful local service projects. The program coordinates service efforts across chapters, creating a unified approach to addressing the most pressing needs in communities nationwide.
Through G.L.A.D., chapters identify critical needs in their local communities and organize targeted service projects that create measurable, lasting change. Addressing Community Needs
Food Insecurity
Combating hunger through food drives, community kitchens, and partnerships with local food banks to ensure families have access to nutritious meals.
Housing
Supporting housing stability through neighborhood revitalization projects, Habitat for Humanity builds, and assistance for families in need of shelter.
Education Access
Expanding educational opportunities through school supply drives, tutoring programs, scholarship fundraisers, and literacy campaigns.
